Serving McIntosh

If you live in McIntosh and have been putting off a cracked tooth, a loose denture, or a cleaning that's gone a year too long, the hardest part is usually finding one office that can handle all of it. Our patients from McIntosh tell us the same thing: they'd rather not be referred across town for a root canal, then somewhere else for an implant, then somewhere else again for aligners. We've spent more than 30 years building a practice where general, restorative, and cosmetic care happen under one roof — and where small-town patients are treated like neighbors, not appointment slots.
McIntosh is a small community, and small communities deserve dental care that doesn't require a half-day of logistics. We see patients of all ages, from children getting their first exam and sealants to adults planning full mouth reconstruction, and we schedule with the understanding that many of our McIntosh families are coordinating work, school, and a drive. When we can combine procedures into fewer visits, we do.
A big part of that is our on-site dental lab. Because crowns, dentures, and denture repairs can be made and adjusted here rather than shipped out, we're able to offer same-day crowns and same-day denture work in many cases. For a McIntosh patient, that can mean leaving with a finished restoration instead of a temporary and a second appointment weeks later. Our team includes Dr. Hussein Salifu and Dr. Marco Geris, along with a dental hygienist on staff, and we're members of the FDA and the Central Florida District Dental Association.
Most of what McIntosh families need day to day is preventive: dental exams, cleanings, fluoride treatment, sealants, oral cancer screening, and night guards or sports mouth guards. From there, care branches out as needs change. We place dental fillings, crowns, bridges, onlays, and composite bonding, and we handle cosmetic work including porcelain and composite veneers, in-office and take-home teeth whitening, and cosmetic smile-design consultations.
Beyond general dentistry, we provide a wide range of care that would otherwise mean a referral. That includes root canal therapy on anterior, premolar, and molar teeth, root canal retreatments, and treatment for cracked teeth and traumatic dental injuries. We perform simple and surgical extractions, wisdom teeth removal, bone grafting, and sinus lift surgery. On the gum side, we treat gum disease with scaling and root planing, periodontal maintenance, gum grafting, periodontal regeneration, crown lengthening, gingivectomy, and cosmetic gum contouring, with laser dentistry available. We place dental implants and provide implant-supported bridges and dentures, All-on-4 and full arch implants, Teeth In A Day, complete and partial dentures, and snap-in dentures. We also offer Invisalign and other clear aligners for children and adults, accept orthodontic transfer patients, and make retainers for people treated elsewhere. For jaw pain, clicking, locking, limited movement, jaw-related headaches, and chronic facial pain, we provide TMJ/TMD therapy.
Why McIntosh Families Choose Us
Emergencies don't wait for a convenient week. We offer emergency dental appointments, including same-day emergency visits for urgent issues like a knocked-out or fractured tooth, sudden swelling, or severe pain. If you're in McIntosh and something goes wrong on a weekday morning, call us before you assume you'll have to wait.
Comfort matters too, especially for patients who have avoided the dentist for years. We offer nitrous oxide sedation and oral sedation dentistry, and we take the time to explain what's happening before it happens.
- Care for all ages, from children's preventive visits to full mouth rehabilitation
- No referral needed for root canals, oral surgery, gum care, implants, dentures, or jaw pain evaluation
- On-site lab supporting same-day crowns, dentures, and denture repairs
- Same-day emergency appointments when urgent problems come up
- Sedation options for anxious patients and longer procedures
Insurance, Payment, and Planning Ahead
We accept all major PPO insurance plans, and because our specialty services are filed as a General Practitioner, many procedures that would otherwise be billed as specialty care are submitted through your general dental benefits. Our team will review your coverage with you before treatment so you know what to expect.
We also welcome self-pay and cash patients, and we offer flexible payment plans for larger treatment like implants, full arch restorations, or full mouth reconstruction. If cost is the reason you've delayed care, tell us — we'd rather build a phased plan than have you go without.
