Implant-Supported Bridges
We replace several missing teeth in a row with a fixed bridge anchored securely by dental implants.

Why choose us
Benefits of Implant-Supported Bridges
Replace Several Teeth
We fill gaps of multiple missing teeth with one secure, fixed bridge.
No Slipping Or Adhesive
Your bridge is anchored to implants, so it stays put while you eat and speak.
Protects Neighboring Teeth
Because implants support the bridge, we don't need to grind down healthy teeth beside the gap.
On-Site Dental Lab
Our in-house lab lets us control fit, shade, and timing throughout your treatment.
Start-To-Finish Care
We place the implants and restore them here, with flexible payment plans and major PPO plans accepted.
Losing two, three, or more teeth in a row changes more than your smile. Chewing shifts to one side, certain foods come off the menu, and neighboring teeth begin to drift into the open space. An implant-supported bridge solves that problem at the root: instead of grinding down healthy teeth to anchor a traditional bridge, we place dental implants in the jawbone and attach a fixed bridge on top. The result stays put, is cared for much like natural teeth, and restores the ability to bite into food with confidence.
An implant-supported bridge replaces a run of missing teeth using implant posts as the foundation. A typical example: three missing teeth in a row can often be restored with two implants supporting a three-unit bridge, so you gain back a full set of chewing surfaces without an implant under every single tooth. Because the bridge is fixed in place, it does not come out at night and does not rely on clasps or adhesive.
We see this treatment help in several very different situations. Some patients have lost back teeth to decay or fracture years ago and have been chewing on one side ever since. Others are facing extractions now — a cracked molar, failing older dentistry, or teeth loosened by advanced gum disease — and want a plan for what comes next rather than a temporary fix. Some have worn a removable partial denture for years and are tired of taking it in and out. And for patients missing most or all of a jaw's teeth, we also offer fixed full-arch options, implant-supported dentures, All-on-4, and full mouth dental implants, so the conversation is never limited to one approach.
Planning begins with a thorough exam that looks at the whole picture: the health of your remaining teeth, the condition of your gums, your bite, and the amount of bone available where implants would go. Because our team places implants in-house and also treats gum disease, performs extractions, and provides periodontal and restorative care, we can address problems in the right order rather than sending you from office to office. If gum disease is present, we treat it first — healthy tissue is the foundation implants depend on.
Not everyone has enough bone on day one, and that is not a dead end. Bone grafting and sinus lift surgery are both available here and are commonly used to rebuild support in the upper back jaw or in areas where teeth have been missing a long while. Timelines vary from person to person, since implants need time to integrate with the bone before the final bridge is attached. Our on-site dental lab is a real advantage during this process, allowing close coordination on the fit, shade, and shape of your restoration. For patients who feel anxious about treatment, we offer nitrous oxide sedation and oral sedation dentistry, and we are happy to discuss comfort options before anything is scheduled.
Living With Your Bridge: Aftercare and Results
Once your bridge is in place, daily care is refreshingly familiar. You brush normally and clean carefully beneath and around the bridge, where we will show you the specific technique and tools that work best for your restoration. Regular cleanings and exams matter just as much as they did with natural teeth, and we provide implant maintenance and periodontal maintenance as part of ongoing care so the gum and bone around each implant stay healthy.
A few habits protect your investment. If you grind or clench, a custom night guard helps shield both the bridge and your natural teeth, and we also make sports mouth guards for athletes in the family. If you ever notice soreness, looseness, or a change in how your bite feels, call us — small issues are far easier to correct early, and we keep room for emergency appointments.
- Daily brushing and cleaning under the bridge, as we demonstrate for you
- Routine exams, cleanings, and professional implant maintenance
- A night guard if you clench or grind
- Prompt attention to any soreness, looseness, or bite changes
