Our in-house lab lets us craft and adjust your restoration right here, saving you time and extra trips.
One Team, Start To Finish
From extractions and bone grafting to implant placement and final teeth, our dentists handle your care under one roof.
Flexible Ways To Pay
We accept all major PPO plans, welcome self-pay patients, and offer flexible payment plans.
When an entire upper or lower arch of teeth is failing — loose teeth, repeated extractions, or a denture that slips at the worst possible moment — the daily cost adds up fast. Eating becomes a calculation. Speaking takes concentration. Full arch dental implants replace a whole row of teeth with a fixed, implant-anchored set, so chewing, speaking, and smiling go back to being things you simply do without thinking about them.
A full arch restoration uses a small number of dental implants — titanium posts placed into the jawbone — to support a complete bridge of teeth for the upper jaw, the lower jaw, or both. The implants fuse with the bone over time and take on the job natural tooth roots once did: holding the restoration firmly in place and stimulating the bone so it stays healthy. Approaches such as All-on-4 dental implants, implant-supported bridges, and implant-supported dentures all fall under this umbrella, and the right one depends on your bone, your bite, and what you want day to day.
This treatment helps people in very different situations. Some have worn complete dentures for years and are tired of adhesives and sore spots. Others still have most of their teeth, but advanced gum disease or years of fractures and failed restorations have made saving them impractical. We also see patients who have a few teeth left on an arch and know the rest are headed the same direction. In every case, the goal is the same: one stable, long-term solution instead of another round of patchwork repairs. For patients who want a fixed result on the day of surgery, we also offer Teeth In A Day, where a provisional set of teeth is placed at the same visit.
Candidacy comes down to a few practical questions, and we answer them with an exam, imaging, and a conversation about your health history and goals. Bone volume matters most. If the jaw has lost height or width after years of missing teeth, that doesn't rule you out — we perform bone grafting and sinus lift surgery to rebuild support where it's needed. Active gum disease is treated first, with scaling and root planing, periodontal therapy, or periodontal surgery, because implants do best in a healthy mouth.
Here's what we talk through during a full arch consultation:
- Whether a fixed bridge or a removable implant-supported denture (including snap in dentures) fits your goals and budget
- How many implants each arch will need, and whether grafting is required first
- Which teeth, if any, need extraction — simple or surgical — before implant placement
- Your comfort options, including nitrous oxide sedation and oral sedation dentistry
- How your bite, jaw joints, and any TMJ symptoms factor into the design
- What the timeline looks like from surgery through your final restoration
How We Deliver This Treatment
Having an on-site dental lab changes how full arch care works here. Instead of shipping everything out and waiting, we fabricate and adjust restorations in-house, which shortens turnaround and makes it easier to fine-tune fit, shade, and tooth shape while you're in the chair. The same lab handles same-day crowns, dentures, and denture repairs, so adjustments during the healing phase don't become a scheduling headache.
Our team places implants, restores them, and maintains them under one roof. Dr. Hussein Salifu and Dr. Marco Geris coordinate the surgical and prosthetic sides together, which means one set of records, one plan, and no bouncing between offices. We accept patients without a referral, and because full arch work often sits alongside other needs — a root canal on a tooth worth saving, gum contouring, or TMJ therapy — we can handle those as part of the same treatment plan.
Aftercare and Long-Term Results
The first weeks after surgery focus on healing. We give you specific instructions on diet, cleaning, and managing swelling, and we see you for follow-up visits to confirm the implants are integrating as expected. As healing progresses, we move from your provisional teeth to the final restoration.
Long term, full arch implants need the same consistent attention natural teeth do. We provide implant maintenance and periodontal maintenance visits, where our hygienist cleans around the implants and we check the fit, the screws, and the surrounding tissue. Keeping those appointments is the single best thing you can do to protect the investment.
Insurance, Financing, and Getting Started
