All-on-X Dental Implants in Reddick

Losing most or all of your teeth doesn't have to mean a lifetime of adhesives, soaked dentures, and foods you've learned to avoid. For many of our Reddick patients, a full arch of fixed teeth can be supported by as few as four carefully placed implants — a treatment approach often called All-on-X, and the option we provide is All-on-4 Dental Implants. Instead of replacing each missing tooth individually, we anchor a complete arch of new teeth to implants that fuse with your jawbone, giving you a bite that feels stable and looks natural.
All-on-4 uses four dental implants placed strategically in the upper or lower jaw to support a full, fixed arch of teeth. The back implants are angled to take advantage of the bone you already have, which is often what makes this approach possible for people who have been told they don't have enough bone for traditional implants. The result is a restoration that stays in your mouth — it doesn't come out at night, and it doesn't rock or shift when you laugh or chew.
For Reddick residents, the appeal is usually practical. Reddick is a small community, and most things — including dental care — mean a drive. We'd rather you make fewer trips than more, which is why our on-site dental lab matters so much for full-arch cases. Having lab work handled in our own building means fabrication, adjustments, and repairs can often be managed without sending anything out and waiting. We also offer Teeth In A Day, so you don't leave without teeth.
Who Makes a Good Candidate
All-on-4 is designed for adults who are missing all of their teeth in an arch, or who have remaining teeth that are failing due to advanced decay, fracture, or gum disease. If you're currently wearing a complete or partial denture and you're tired of the fit, the sore spots, or the limits on what you can eat, you're exactly the kind of patient this treatment was developed for. It's also an option for people facing the prospect of losing their remaining teeth and who want a plan rather than a gradual decline.
Candidacy comes down to your jawbone, your gum health, and your overall health. We evaluate all of it at a consultation. If gum disease is present, we treat it first — we provide scaling and root planing, periodontal surgery, and periodontal regeneration in-house. If bone volume is a concern, we offer bone grafting and sinus lift surgery, though the angled placement of All-on-4 implants frequently reduces or eliminates the need for grafting altogether. Nothing is decided until we've examined you and talked it through.
What the Process Looks Like
Treatment unfolds in clear stages, and we explain each one before it happens so there are no surprises on the day of surgery.
- Consultation and planning — exam, imaging, a review of your health history, and a cosmetic smile-design discussion so you have input on how your new teeth will look
- Preparation — any necessary extractions, including surgical extractions, plus grafting if your case calls for it
- Implant placement — four implants placed per arch, with nitrous oxide or oral sedation available for comfort
- Temporary arch — a provisional set of fixed teeth so you leave with a complete smile
- Final restoration — after healing and integration, your definitive arch is fitted and refined
Because we handle extractions, implant placement, and prosthetics under one roof — and file insurance claims as a general practice — Reddick patients aren't referred from office to office. We also accept patients without a referral, so you can simply call us directly.
Living With Your New Teeth
Aftercare in the first weeks centers on a softer diet, gentle cleaning around the surgical sites, and keeping follow-up appointments so we can confirm everything is healing as expected. We'll give you specific instructions in writing and by phone, and we're reachable if something feels off. We offer emergency dental appointments, including same-day availability for urgent problems.
Long-term, you brush and clean your arch daily and see us for implant maintenance and periodontal maintenance visits. Our hygienists know how to clean around full-arch restorations properly. If a repair or adjustment is ever needed, our on-site lab handles it.
Paying for Treatment
We accept all major PPO insurance plans and welcome self-pay patients. Full-arch treatment is a significant investment, so we offer flexible payment plans and will walk you through what your benefits cover and what they don't before you commit.
