Why choose us
Benefits of Full Mouth Rehabilitation
Care Under One Roof
We handle implants, crowns, gum care, root canals, and dentures in our own office, so you aren't sent from place to place.
On-Site Dental Lab
Our in-house lab lets us craft and adjust crowns, dentures, and repairs quickly, often shortening your overall treatment time.
Comfort-Focused Treatment
We offer nitrous oxide and oral sedation to help you stay relaxed through longer or more involved appointments.
Jaw Pain Addressed
We evaluate TMJ issues, jaw-related headaches, and bite problems as part of rebuilding your mouth, not as an afterthought.
Flexible Payment Options
We accept all major PPO plans and self-pay patients, and we offer flexible payment plans for larger treatment plans.
Picture someone who has spent years managing one problem at a time: a cracked molar patched with a filling, a back tooth lost and never replaced, a front crown that no longer matches, gums that bleed when brushing, and a jaw that aches by late afternoon. Each issue was handled on its own, but together they've reshaped how the bite comes together and how the smile looks in photos. That's the point where treating teeth individually stops working — and where a coordinated plan for the whole mouth makes far more sense. Full mouth rehabilitation is that plan, and we've been building them for patients across Ocala for more than 30 years.
Full mouth rehabilitation is comprehensive care that restores the health, function, and appearance of all the teeth in both arches, along with the gums and jaw joints that support them. Rather than chasing symptoms, we step back and look at the whole system: how the upper and lower teeth meet, where the enamel is wearing, which teeth are structurally compromised, how the gum tissue and bone are holding up, and whether the jaw joints are moving comfortably. From there we sequence treatment so each phase supports the next.
The people who benefit most usually fall into a few recognizable situations. Some have advanced wear from long-term grinding that has shortened their teeth and collapsed the bite. Others have lost several teeth and the remaining ones have drifted or taken on too much load. Gum disease, past trauma, multiple failing crowns and fillings, or a lifetime of dental anxiety that delayed care are all common starting points. We treat patients of all ages, and we accept patients without a referral for the periodontal, endodontic, surgical, prosthodontic, and orofacial pain components a full plan may involve.
A rehabilitation plan is assembled from procedures we already provide under one roof. Depending on your needs, it may include gum disease treatment, scaling and root planing, gum grafting or periodontal regeneration, root canal therapy for teeth worth saving, simple or surgical extractions for those that aren't, bone grafting or sinus lift surgery to prepare sites for implants, and then the restorative work itself — crowns, onlays, bridges, veneers, dental implants, implant-supported bridges, and complete or partial dentures. Orthodontic movement with Invisalign or other clear aligners is sometimes used first to position teeth where restorations will last longer, and TMJ/TMD therapy or a night guard may be part of protecting the finished result.
Our on-site dental lab shapes how this work unfolds. Having a lab in the building means crowns, dentures, and denture repairs can often be handled same-day, and it shortens the back-and-forth that usually stretches complex cases out. It also lets us refine the shape, shade, and fit of restorations with the lab technician and the dentist working from the same information. Dr. Hussein Salifu and Dr. Marco Geris oversee care from the first exam through the final adjustment, so your plan stays with the same team.
What Candidates Should Know Before Starting
Treatment begins with a thorough exam, oral cancer screening, and a conversation about what bothers you most — appearance, chewing, pain, or all three. We'll explain which teeth can be preserved, which can't, and what each option means in terms of visits, healing time, and long-term upkeep. Some patients choose a staged approach spread over months; others want fewer, longer appointments. Both are workable.
Comfort matters here, since rehabilitation often involves longer visits. We offer nitrous oxide sedation and oral sedation for patients who need help relaxing, and we keep emergency appointments available if something flares up mid-treatment.
- Expect a detailed exam and bite evaluation before any treatment is scheduled
- Plan for multiple phases, often beginning with gum health and extractions
- Healing periods are built in when implants or grafting are involved
- Temporary restorations keep you functioning and presentable between phases
- A night guard is frequently recommended to protect the finished work
Aftercare, Results, and Paying for Treatment
Once the final restorations are placed, the goal is longevity. That means regular cleanings and exams with our hygienist, periodontal maintenance if gum disease was part of the picture, implant maintenance for any implants placed, and wearing a night guard if grinding contributed to the original damage. Small adjustments in the first months are normal as your bite settles.
We accept all major PPO insurance plans and file claims as a General Practitioner, and we welcome self-pay patients. Flexible payment plans are available to spread treatment across a manageable timeline.
